BUILDER MEMBER

$595+ per year, depending on number of units built

A builder member is a general contractor whose primary business is single- and multifamily home construction, remodeling, land development, or commercial construction.

ASSOCIATE MEMBER

$550–$695 per year, subject to number of employees

An associate member is either a specialty contractor or a supplier of goods or services to the construction industry.
